Kreit Mechanical Associates, Inc. (Kreit) is a boutique plumbing and piping contractor specializing in projects with highly technical requirements and complex constructability challenges. We partner with select General Contractors, Developers, and Government agencies, focusing on quality over volume. Each project is carefully chosen to align with our mission: delivering and perfecting the most technically advanced piping systems.

For over 20 years, Kreit has built its reputation through experience, knowledge, teamwork, and dedication. Our direct, hands-on involvement ensures precision, accountability, and consistent delivery of complex projects while maintaining the highest safety standards.

Kreit was founded in 2002 by Shaindee and Ephraim “Fry” Kreitenberg.

• Shaindee Kreitenberg, CEO – A licensed attorney and C-36 contractor, Shaindee brings extensive expertise in construction contracts, payroll, unions, insurance, and project accounting systems. As CEO, she leads business strategy, contractual compliance, and organizational direction with precision and foresight.
   
• Ephraim “Fry” Kreitenberg, COO – A licensed C-36 Plumbing, C-20 HVAC, and C-42 Sanitation contractor. As COO, he oversees Estimating, Project Management, and Field Execution with deep technical expertise in BIM (3D–6D), seismic engineering, mechanical engineering, and advanced construction software. Fry has successfully delivered millions of square feet of commercial, industrial, and institutional projects, along with tens of thousands of residential units.
