Safety is everyones job achieved through a safety culture. Be it document controls or PPE, from the CEO to the lowest level Shop day-laborer, every employee and representative of our firm understands that we are all equally responsible for and accountable to each other.
Begining
Safety in the work place is a top priority. Therefore, all new hires and at intervals not to exceed 24-months, each employee goes through a complete safety orientation. The orientation objective is to outline the responsibilities, controls, and fundamentals of a safe work place for all.

Pre-job Safety Inspection "PSI", Job Hazard Analysis "JAH", B-Monthly Safety Inspections, Weekly tail-gate meetings, disciplinary measures, and safety events / incentives.
Other
Often missed but as important as physical safety is our zero tolerance for any discrimination and other emotional and or psychological abuses. We take pride in maintaining diversity in our crews including all races, religions, and sexes. We provide equal importance to the awareness of these items in our work force.
